RADLogic Quality Policy

RADLogic is totally committed to the aim of supplying fault free designs on time to customers' requirements and to remain competitively priced to provide superior value.

We have developed a quality management system designed to meet the requirements of ISO9001: 2000.

Through the implementation of procedures, reviews and regular auditing, RADLogic provides a framework for continuous improvement of quality control with particular emphasis on customer satisfaction and prevention of design problems.

RADLogic ensures that all members of staff are conversant with its Quality Policy and understands its objectives.

The Quality Management system assists in training employees to perform their tasks accurately and efficiently with the objective of producing right first time.

Employees are responsible for carrying out their duties as defined in the Quality Policy Manual and its related procedures and checklists. Managers review and ensure that the system is always adequate and effective.

Customer satisfaction is our intention and through the framework of the quality system we monitor responses from customers and regularly review the quality system to improve our performance.
