Through the implementation of procedures, regular auditing of the quality system and maintenance of staff and work environment resources, RADLogic provides a framework for ongoing review of quality control with particular emphasis on prevention of design problems and customer satisfaction.
RADLogic ensures that all members of the staff are fully conversant with its Quality Policy and understands its objectives.
The Quality Management Representative monitors the quality system and assists in training employees to perform their tasks accurately and efficiently with the objective of producing right first time.
Employees are responsible for carrying out their duties as defined in the Quality Policy Manual and its supporting documents. Managers in particular accept their responsibilities for ensuring that this system is always adequate and effective.
Customer satisfaction is our intention and through the framework of the quality system we monitor responses from customers and regularly review the quality system to improve our performance.
